Founder & CEO
John is the CEO and founder of Digital Synergy LLC, an innovative AI digital marketing agency based in MN. His rich tapestry of professional expertise in digital marketing and advertising. John has established himself as a leading figure in the industry. His academic background, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business, provides a solid foundation for his work.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, John is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He is the Executive Director of two impactful nonprofit organizations: the Asian American Business Resilience Network and the MN AAPI Veterans Association. Through these roles, he leverages his leadership skills and industry knowledge to support and empower these communities, fostering resilience and growth.
John’s dedication to service also extends to his country; he is an active member of the US Air Force Reserve. This role exemplifies his commitment to national service and enriches his leadership and organizational skills, which he adeptly applies to his business and philanthropic efforts.
John’s multifaceted career is driven by a passion for innovation, a commitment to excellence, and a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact in the world. Through Digital Synergy LLC, he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI digital marketing, while his nonprofit work and military service reflect his dedication to the community and country.

Ellie Mariyo is a multi-hyphenate creative who has always had a desire to inspire. Originally from Mississippi, she moved to Chicago in 2018, where she later joined the renowned global business accelerator, The Founder Institute. In less than one year on Instagram, she has grown her audience to 100,000+ with an additional 175,000 across TikTok, Facebook and Threads. Her content focuses on fashion, physical and mental health and lifestyle. Prior to relocating to Chicago, Ellie lived in Switzerland where she received her Master’s in International Relations. She holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from UNC-Chapel Hill and is fluent in Spanish and French. When she’s not working, Ellie loves to travel, sing and spend time with family and friends.
